For the last thirty years John has been involved in a number of fields of leadership and education in the US and overseas, including the US Navy, the US Department of State, and Trinity International University. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in communication, theology, and leadership in several schools in the US, and throughout Eastern Europe. He has been a leader in personal development and pastoral ministry in Chicago and other cities. He continues to mentor and develop emerging leaders on the Purdue University campus, and in the Balkan area of Eastern Europe.

Dennis is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in human development efforts as a mental health counselor, business consultant, program director, university professor, and business owner. He has served some of Chicagoland’s prominent companies including: Motorola, Bosch, CNA, Met Life, Union Pacific Railroad and Gillette. His knowledge in adult education, behavioral health and human development allow Dennis to assist clients with the broader human factors that arise in workplace and career transitions.
